What is your greatest fear?

I have several and it's hard to say which I'd rather face. Spiders that are bigger than my thumb nail, snakes (cobra, garden...all the same to me), walking sticks / praying mantis and dogs. Heights I can control, just don't get up on anything high. Spiders, snakes or walking sticks can come out of the yard at anytime. I do well avoiding dogs, so I guess I can put that on the bottom of my list. I know their may be a few fearless Crocodile Dundee's up in here. Go ahaed and try to help us overcome our fearslol.

On a small scale, I'm terrified of cockroaches. Can't stand them. Shriek like the girl I am whenever I see one. Creepy little so and so's. On a bigger scale, I am absolutely panicked about the idea of losing one of my children, either to sickness or to something far more evil. The idea of someone harming my children puts fear in my heart every day.

Hi Mzkuma, I think my greatest fear is fear itself so I try not to be frightened of anything and fear feeds fear. I do have a fearful respect of fire though and am very careful to check smoke alarms and turn off appliances. Huggles. Ellie :D

I have an electric one in my home. The darn thing was so sensitive it seem to go off with body heat. Sounds like a huge fire truck horn. Needless to say the wiring was disconnected after going off at night with a sound that could have awaken the neighbor hood.
