i am just wondering if is there any of you mylotters deny someone when you receive an invitation? or at least perhaps you have mistaken/accidentally to click the deny link? and why you deny the invitation?

I do. I joined a couple of hours ago and instantly received a friend request from someone I didn't know. I don't particularly appreciate random friend requests. I would accept if I'd spoken to them a couple of times, but...

Oh, I think I know who you mean. He has a (4) as his number of posts, and everyone automatically gets an invite from him somehow when they join. You'll see him on a lot of people's friends lists too. I don't think they figured him out. He's never here. He's had that (4) since I joined....a year ago?

I approve anyone who request. I have never denied but When I find one who is not active for months, I delete the friend to make room for new friends.

you know to tell you honestly their are at least perhaps 3 or 7 person that in my friends list that aren't active anymore but i am giving them a chance for at least 2 to 3 months because we may never know what they are doing perhaps they could be very busy or out of town that their is no internet access or in any their reason we may not know.. but then you have the right to judge and i thank you for your time.. :-)

I think the only request I ever denied was from someone that had started no discussions and his entire profile page was filled with referral links so that people could sign up and make him money. That does not sound like someone that is truly interested in mylot at all
