I have over the years had to better my eating habits. Now I am not over weight infact I am very small. However I am always experiencing stomach and intestinal problems. I have given up a lot of bad foods for better eating. I eat more fresh veggies and fruits. No red meat. I try to stay away from processed foods. I am very interested in living and eating simpiler. does any one else feel that way and what have you changed and why?
