Does anyone use referral trading forums?

I've been dabling around on the internet and keep seeing these referral trading forums. Basically, whatever you are offering you ask others to join under you and you will join under theres. This only works usually for sites like Mylot because you don't have to join all these other offers in order to be considered active, but I see it being profitable in the end. Any insight on this?

Hello deemazing! I joined in a forum site which has a referral exchange section a month ago. I tried posting my own topic and hoped that someone would want to exchange sites with me. Good for me because I got some. It really does work and help in getting referrals.
