Sometimes I really need to get my sleep and I like to use Advil PM. They work great for me and I don't wake up the next day feeling groggy. What about you?

I have never heard of that one before. Thanks for informing me of it. Is it expensive?

A radio tuned to the area between stations will work. It's that steady static noise you want.

usually I don't, but since our baby was born I seem to need the t.v on. And if I really can't sleep--due to a messed up schedule--I will take a Tylenol PM! It is cheating, but it works!!

I like Advil PM also. It helps me get to sleep and once asleep I sleep very soundly. It gets rid of the tossing and turning. Yet, I don't wake up all groggy. I try not to use them too often. Just in case they can become addictive.

well I dont really use any sleeping aids. I believe that one wont get sleep when they are in worries or in tension. The best way to get some good sleep is meditation before bed so mind will be pleasant. keep smiling

If I can't sleep due to a lot of pain, either sinus or other pain, then yes I will use them without a problem. I don't on a regular basis because I don't want to get used to them and then have them not be effective. I find though when I use like Tylenol PM that it hits me harder then just 2 benedryl. Tylenol PM just has benedryl and Tylenol in it. You'd think it would hit the same but it doesn't. The combination really knocks me out. Which can be great but if you don't know then you might make a mistake because of it.

I get very sound sleep. So I havent used any sleeping pills and I dont even want to use one in my entire life. i feel sleeplessness is more due to mental pressure, stress. I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist before you use these pills.

I don't use sleep aides. For a while several months ago, I considered buying a sleep aide because I would wake up multiple times during the night and in the morning I didn't feel rested. But soon, I managed to sleep the whole night (most of the time) so I didn't bother buying one.

I try to not use any type of medication or sleep aids... so I have to just leave the t.v. on and usually that will help me drift off to sleep.
