what is the purpose of using laptop

laptop is convenient to take with, for me personally,i ust it maily for work purpose and home entertainment.for example,i can chat with my friends anywhere and anytime if i am free

Laptop has its own advantages. You can carry the laptop anywhere. It is handy to carry whereas you will find it difficult to even move a desktop computer. Nowadays, many people choose laptop for the only reason that it comes handy.

Laptops are used by people who generally may use it for work purposes. I mean, its not very convenient taking a desktop to work is it? Well no, thats just an example. Myself personally, prefer a desktop because they're easier to type with (the keys always feel so small)... on a laptop. But i'll admit sometimes when im using my cousins laptop i can deal with it, and it means if im in a busy room i can move somewhere more quiet... They both have their pro's and cons to be honest...
