the "evergreen" job?

Does anyone know of an industry that will need people regardless of any economic crisis?
Well, it seems that people used to say that holding government jobs are like the iron rice bowl. You'd never be asked to leave. But as time passes, we see that this is not the case.
So do you believe that there is an "evergreen" job?

I can think of only one "evergreen" job which is doctor. No matter how the economy is, there are still chances that people would feel sick, either physically or pschologically. No one can avoid it. When one is unwell, he needs to see a doctor.
