do india need fielding coach???

What is the comedy behind India having a coach? I mean we needed a coach and now we have Garry Kirsten as a coach. We have a fielding coach Robin Singh and we can see the changes India has in recent years in fielding. We won the ICC 2020 world cup because of our fielding, without good fielding, how can we be a world champion?
