Do you have the experience of falling-out with your colleague?

I had this experience but that was back to several years ago when I graduated. I understand that sometimes it is very difficult to control your temper at work, especially when you find you and your colleague's opinions differ tremendously. Both of you don't want to concede a fraction. But when I get more experience about interpersonal skills at work, I find out that it is better not to confront my coworkers to the face. One never knows what will happen next. Maybe someday that colleague whom you confronted would be promoted, and maybe someday you need his help to finish some of your important tasks. Who knows? Besides, as you just said, it's just work. Don't put too much personal emotion in it. It doesn't worth it.

Oh this has happened to me many times, especially with women supervisors and I am a woman, maybe it is a woman thing but over years of working with them I came to the conclusion, most women just can't handle power...it is very uncompfortable working when there is these sorts of pressures.
