The question is not clear. If it is about job interviews I can give you some hot tips. I have been a General Manager and have been in interview panels very often. The tips are: Keep talking dont let them get you, but you get them before that. Answer questions with confidence, if they ask you how tall the Himalaya is you need not know the answer but say something, dont pause. You can say something like "Due to earthslips and avalances the height changes from time to time but I will find out and help you to know about it". Dress smart and create a good impression.
