the best exercise that can give or provide your body flexibility,provide strength and body endurance is swimming....,,,,second is gymnastics!... you know, exercise decreases the amount of fats and cholesterol in the blood and therefore prevents arteriosclerosis!.....it can also decrease the heart sufferer's susceptibility to heart attacks! but most of us enjoy jogging and walking!...the best way exercise!....actually, walking increases the inhalation of oxygen in our body as well as the exhalation of waste acid gas.......!.. the result of that exercise is you have a greater mental and physical alertness, and immunity from many diseases!....

I think walking has to be the best exercise, since practically everyone can do it, you don't need any special equipment, you don't have to pay per session. It encourages all the muscles to work in a balanced way, and is great for the circulation. Sometimes it can be difficult to get motivated to get out there and walk. I am looking forward to the summer when the evenings are still light, (and hopefully warm), so we can walk after dinner.
