drugs & death penalty

The issue with drugs is continuing to spread all over the world. Some countries impose death penalty as capital punishment for user, pushers, and drug lords. This punishment is in conflict with the UN when it comes to Human Rights and with the Vatican. What is your point of view about using DEATH PENALTY as capital punishment for drug users, pushers, and drug lords?
