Well, i'm not.
I'm more of a brunch person. My sleeping habits are so much so that i often miss the breakfast hour. Or i'm usually not hungry in the morning.
Well, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, i work around that and have a good BRUNCH. So technically i'm have 2 main meals a day. I snack on fruits when need be though.
What about you?

Before having children, I could skip breakfast without giving it a second thought or feeling any sort of negative impact on my body. Now, for some odd reason, I can't skip breakfast without experiencing nausea and extreme stomach cramps. I guess it's mother nature's way of saying I need to set a good example for my little ones. :-)

hee..hee..
i think i am more of a brunch person myself.
i leave home to early to have breakfast, and i am never hungry at that early hours anyways...
so i normally eat a 'good BRUNCH' (like someone i know,) at around 10am..
which makes me too full to have lunch, right? ..
and when i become hungry again at around 3pm or so.. i'll just fix myself something to drink and eat snacks or fruits.. and wait till i get home, and cook dinner for the evening..
