hi there, miui70.. i remember before taking the National College Entrance Examinations (NCEE)in our country, i really studied diligently with my highschool classmates. we reviewed practically everyday several months before the exams. then, one week before the schedule of the exams, our teacher/reviewer advised us to spend less and less time reviewing and not to study at all the day before the exam. i took his advice to just relax before the day of the exam. i got a 99%.. :) but i think the preparation was just a minor way. the major way to prepare (and top!) an exam is to do all your best AND pray. anything that isn't prayed for may succeed but the success will only be temporary. happy myLotting!

reading day-to-day portions can make you confident during exams and being thorough in all concepts can make you a topper

the best way for me to prepare for an exam it`s to read all 1-2 times and then to write just the main ideas, what i think it`s most important from there... then i just read what i`ve done...and i`ll take an 8... i think it`s a good method.

Hi, Believe me when I say this. The best way to prepare for an exam is to play some entertaining music at a lower volume in the background. It will keep your mind moving continuously and tirelessly. To ace your exam, answer questions in points rather than paragraphs. It makes more sense to the examiner and it is easier to get a higher grade. Take care and remember me when you get to the top;-) small joke.

The best way to prepare the exam is you studying every day. But if you have to pace the exam, you can read your lesson right after you woke up then take a bath, then just read. Because after you're woke up, your mind is still refresh and you can remember all the things fast.

When i was in college we always had an examinations. What i did is i do study my lessons a week before the exams. I keep reading and memorizing all my lessons and make sure not to forget anything and do any further research on what on our pointers. The day of examinations, relax your mind and concentrate and avoid get distracted so that you can answered all the questions. Happy posting and myloting.

the best thing is to study of course.. sometimes your instructor will also give hints to what is going to be on the exam, so it's good to pay attention during lecture. they'll either say "this will be on the exam" or they will *repeat* a certain concept. another thing your instructor might do is say something like "this is a question people usually miss." so try to find those subtle clues. for multiple choice questions: when reading the question, try answering it first before looking at the choices. because if you look at the choices first, and you see two answers that could be right, it will be hard to pick. you usually want to go with your first gut feeling. another thing is that most true/false questions that involve the words "always" and "never" are false hope this helps a bit.
