Hmm.. you might want to go down to the nearest pharmacy to ask them on what is the best skin whitening cream that would be able to do so.. That would be much better as they would be able to offer you some professional medical advice. As medication is a very subjective thing, it would be best to get professional advice than to get medical advice from us. What might work great for us might not work so well on your skin. Try Artistry skin whitening lotion. It works wonders, provided that it is suitable for your skin type. Otherwise, it might just lead to pimples or even worsen the current redness that you have on your neck! Well, I hope that you will be able to find the lotion that will work for you soon! Take care and happy mylotting!!

Yeah~ It's always better to take in more people's advices and responses in order to make an informed decisions about matters. One should not jump into conclusions just based on what one person said. Well, this is just to help you to bump your discussion up the post list so that people may respond to it! Take care and happy mylottinG!

There maybe several scar creams that claims to treat scars. But since you just had an operation, I think you should be more concern of getting the wound heal faster and definitely the redness will eventually fade or lessen. I have learned that Vitamin C, specifically sodium ascorbate ( a non-acidic form of vitamin C) helps in wound healing. The redness and the itchiness could be a natural thing since you just had the operation. So for now focus on it's fast healing by eating right with the right supplements. Then your problems will definitely go away as it progressively heals
