Do we really like what we eat?

What we eat is tasted by our taste buds. Some times we don't really want to eat anything and we say our stomach is full. But still when we have a look at something what we like we start eating. So the thing is our taste buds taste what eat. The signal is sent to brain which keeps record that this thing is tasty and this is not. So even when we don't want to eat, our brain starts functioning and make us eat. So my question is whether we really like what we eat or its just the combination of our senses that do so.
