You know what?Fruits is a great essentials to our body system for cleansing,nourishment,digestion,etc. its really a good food specially now that we are exposed to all the synthetic and chemically processed foods,so its really to eat more fruits. because some are taking it for granted,they preffered for all the processed foods thats good in taste but not good in vitamins. lets be more health conscious now ok!Have a healthy eating!

The health department recommends to take at least five portions of fruits or vegetables everyday! I try to include fruits in my diet, but it isn't always possible. However, instead of eating as much fruits, I drink juices and smoothies which are made of different fruits. Although the nutritional value may be lower than raw fruits, it is still healthy.

Yahh right,but instead of eating more on junk foods why not try fruits its safe and nutritious right? but not fruits alone of coarse our body needs also meat,veges.just continue on your diet that good.goodluck......God Bless!

Hi jocely, Fruits are good for health. It has the essential vitamins for us. It consist large amount of water and fibers so it helps to our body system for cleaning, nourishment and digestion. Fruit has a positive effect on our brain and is the ultimate brain fuel. So it stimulates our memory. After all fruit is the natural food. A healthy diet should consist for a large amount of fresh fruits. Let us have our fruits daily for maintaining a good health. Good discussion.
