My family have all suffered from double chins. Even at very thing weights all my family had that double chin. So I found this on YouTube and I am trying it out. It is difficult though because I get distracted by my children snickering in the background. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=448SBKFagkg Do you suffer from the turkey neck or double chin?

OK. I now have a job as a nodding head doll on the back shelf of a car! LOL. I loved all the smart names for the muscles to be exercised. Who cares what they are called so long as your chin get tautened!
