i am just wondering why they have US presidents inaguration is held in January and is held outside?
can anyone tell me? I am Canadian and although i know that this is typically done, i am wondering when it started.
did you know that William Henry Harrison supposedly died of the cold or chill that he caught during his inagural address?

It is strange isn't it. Maybe they are testing them to see how much they can take. If you can stand out in the cold that long and freeze your bum off then you can handle running the country!
No really your guess is as good as mine.
