Do you sleep walk or sleep talk?

Hubby says I sleep talk once in a while & supposidly holds brief conversations with me! But I talk to him when he was awoken briefly from sleeping he has no idea what I said in the morning though he acknowledged me at the time. My mom did something similar to your friend however her sugars (she's diabetic) were off and had no idea what she did or didn't do....

Sleep Talk. That what my friends, parent,sister and brother said. They always ask me,am i dreaming something? cos am talking when am sleep. And i said of course not, this night am feel sleep well, no dreaming at all. i don't know from where i got that habit.

As a kid, there were some nights when i slept walk. However, I haven't done that in several years. However, recently, my fiance told me, on one or two occasions, that I talked during my sleep. I don't know what I said, or how many times it happened. However, i know that it did happen on one or two occasions, to say the least.

I never sleep walk that's scary lolz. But sometimes when im too tired i do sleep talk and sometimes when i dream a bad dreams i do cry too and that makes me sister worried and she always wakes me up. Happy posting.

My mom say that when i was still a child i do sleep talk but now i dont do it anymore, i ask my sister about it which we sleep in the same room, i am very quite when i sleep, i dont even snore. I just like to hang my feet while i sleep so i have many pillows with me.

Every now and then, I sleep talk and walk. The weird thing is, I remember almost every bit of it. Apparently, I in a semi conscious state, and I am sort of acting out my dream in my bedroom. Im 16 now, and its kind of subsiding, but when I was younger, I would do it almost every other night! The dreams/states can be really weird, like I spend ages looking at this personally who I really think is sitting on my chair, but all I can see is this dark mass. Of course, no-one is actually there, but I get this really odd feling he's watching me. And sometimes, if I watch a horror film, I sometimes have these weird 'visions' of a creature/animal from the film. For example, after i watched Snakes on a Plane, a few nights latr, I thought there were snakes slithering across my little bookshelf across my bed., I jumped up, moved away from the bed, mumbling a few obsenities (I have a phobia of snakes), and my roommate woke up and told me to go back to bed. Kind weird!

I don't know if I do any of that, but both of my syblings talk in their sleep. My son laughs in his sleep. I have witnesses my sister sleep walking one time. So their are some weird things in my family.

I never sleep walked as far as I know and about the talk no one ever told me that I talk but maybe everyone does that some time or another. Sleeping on the toilet seat must have been uncomfortable :)
