Canadian Tire Money

So I was leaving canadian tire, with my purchase and canadian tire money in my hand, and I thinking, with everyone going green and saving our natural resources and enviornment. That what this huge coproration should do is take out canadian tire money and in place offer a canadian tire rewards card, just like zellers and airmiles and many other companies. It would help save our environment by not printing all of that money which many people do throw out, and never actually gets returned to the store. By giving customers a card it would save all the money it takes and resources to make that paper money. Also it would save the cashiers from having to count large amounts of this money. I think it would be a really great way fro canadian tire to go green, and great for all of its loyal customers.

That is a really great idea. I have probably close to $100 in CT money in the closet that I can't imagine actually using. Maybe that's what Canadian Tire wants, it costs them less if people are too embarrassed to use it! I think the Canadian Tire Mastercard keeps the money on the card but I could be wrong. Hopefully they're switch to a reward card system. Although having to carry around another card in my wallet doesn't thrill me it would be much better for the environment.
