Help Please -- Mature Content?

Hey my fellow Mylotters, color me 
embarrassed, but I can not for the life of me find where you toggle Mature Content on/ off, I have looked under preferences, can't see it? One of my responses is from someone who put "mature content" in the tags and I can't open it to read, respond and rank. So can anyone help me out please
