Is earn3.com is paying instantly to standard members?

haha, you are facing the same problem as me and to tell you what i did till date. for the past 4-5 days, i have been logging in almost hourly trying to cashout and i will get the same message so it seems like there is no way i can be paid cos it always reach the limit. i have lost trust in this site. Previously, it was using a queue system and the queue for standard members do not move at all and the pending requests went beyond 10000+ and they pay less than 2 members daily or none at times if you observed the queue. Then many members called them a scam site so they scrap the payment queue system and use this instant payment but what is instant payment when you cannot cashout unlike Neobux so to me they are still a scam site with no interest in paying you and only want you to upgrade so they can earn your money

I was a member of this...Before the changing their new look, I already reach the payment and requested cashout from them..But sadly they deleted my request and doesn't pay standard members anymore..I dropped the site and switch to a new one..Better not join the site anymore because they are always changing their TOS frequently as I expected...
