I feel so bad that the employers bluster the employees with the the recession

I just took part in a meeting of our department and I feel really upset and despair about our managers,he wants to add the workload on us,I think it's reasonable and acceptble,what I am mad at is he keeps using the excuse of the recession thing to bluster us,I am really tired of this,I hope I can find a better job and leave the current company right now.they just treat you like our herds
