What the stars are for?

I am wondering why is there a star in my name.Why is it?why some star colors are red and white?is it because of my earnings or what?I am still really not familiar here so i am asking for me to know about this.

I think it is because you passed the 100 mark ......... I may be wrong but I thik that is what it is for .
