just want to know anybody that we should practice health habits everyday....!! eat enough grow,go and glow foods...!...you should have to exercise your body by walking,jogging or playing..!....have a sleep at least eight hours everyday!...... take about 8-10 glasses of liquid and can include fruit juice,soup and milk...!...

first,eat your meals ordinary.it is really importand.i know that someperson do not have the habit to eat breakfast,it is bad for your health.second,keep doing excerise.try to keep regullar running every morning.the air is fresh and you can feel energy the whole day.this is my opinon.whish you good luck

when i was in manila last december, i noticed that my cousin did not eat her breakfast and i told her that she should eat her breakfast even though she's on a diet........i told her to eat regularly and eat in the right time...!...she looked old before i came...i kept on advising her to change her style and the way of dieting!.....after 1 week,....she looked great and beautiful!...
