i can't login to comparedby, what's wrong?

yesterday i checked that my rank is beginner there, but now, i can't login do you know why? has anyone have similar experienced with me?

I logged into my account yesterday and the site is fine. Well, I also experienced problem with the site before. I think during those times, they are upgrading or doing some maintenance since the site is still new. Anyway, I agree with pweety_princess. I think it has nothing to do with the member role. Could have you been banned from the site? I think they cancelled the accounts of those members which they suspect as spammers and cheaters. Try to contact them and tell them that you are in good faith.

yeah, maybe it has nothing to do with the role.. but maybe it has something to do with my reviews .. (i put some short review too.. maybe they found my review has no quality at all?)

i already contact them, and at first they respond my email.. but when i asked further questions, they just ignored me.. maybe i should just give up..

I am also a Beginner. I don't have problem with the website I just finished writing two reviews. Maybe you can try again.

Don't be too pessimistic friend. As we all know there are still things that needs some changes there right? Maybe its just the bugs that's causing the problem.

I'm a reviewer, and I don't think your role should make a difference. I just tried logging in now and it was fine. :) Try again, if you still can't login try the forgot password and if that doesn't help contact them. :)

i already tried to login several times, but still error.. and i also sent e-mail to the admin.. i just hope that i didn't get banned. :( maybe i'll try the forgot password feature now. thanks for the advice

For ten days i am asking them to resend me my password even asked twice in their blog post about beginner list in which my name is also present but no reply.The fact that i have earned $111.25 is that the problem? Because i read somewhere they are short on funds. Even today no payment received yet. Their rule 10 reviews per product is really annoying.Almost every product have more than 10 reviews and also i have observed that they don't even have as much product as ciao.
