How many Dishes do you cook for Lunch or Dinner

It just came to me that every time Lunch or Dinner comes, I always have to thing about which dishes to cook. I usually prepare 2 to 3 dishes for Lunch or Dinner. I just think it's boring to eat without having a lot of food to choose from. How bout you???
