Youtube and Megavideo are the ones that I've seen that are the best. You just have to search for a bit. If you want laughtrip vids, you could also try funnyordie.com

yeah I know I need sites where I can download video clips so I can make video's but thanks any way

There is also a video site called zshare, dunno if that is any help to you
