toturial in pogramming

hello i have a project now program a visual basic that can print a more copy of picture. example one computer connect with 4 printer it can print same time. what is the site that can get help and tutorial about this may be just a little idea.

I get any help in VB or .Net from http://www.w3schools.com There are many tutorials on that site. Only thing is it is not in downloadable format. We have to read the tutorials online. But simple and very useful. Keep in mind, don't get diverted by the side links. Just focus on the topic.
