Get the bar

Have any of you tried get the bar site. It has unique concept of paying per ad click and using the bar. It has been paying a lot of people. I found that from another paid to post site. If you find it is not paying then too tell.
I want to find out if the site will pay international members also or just united states residence. It is free to join so anybody who is interested please join and tell me if he finds this information on the site.

I have been a member of "The Bar" since Dec 08'. I am in the US and have received payment every month on the 20th. The Bar is available to anyone, anywhere Paypal is available.
