Whic boss do you like Man or Woman?

there's no preference on the gender, as long as that person is fair, a role model, a leader and a motivator.

I have worked under both and I prefer a male boss

I have worked for both. In my experience Women seemed to be more offended by me and it made it harder to work for them. I don't think men in most cases fear about another person taking their position so it doesn't bother them. Women sometimes tend to feel they have to defend their position more and tend not to have a good relation with their employees that are women.
