thr are so many banks providing credit cards for free...which one is the best....

With no APR and Annual fees? I know there are companies that have no Annual fee, but never heard of ones having no APR unless it is for a limited time. Wish I could find one of those if they truly exist. I am not sure if there is a Best one, just have had experiences with BAD ones though.
