what makes you tired of your job?

im tired of my work because i cant be progressive in many ways.. my works is the same everyday and i know i have more to offer than those things.. thats why im having my own business... and hopefully i could make it bigger soon...

Hello jhenn22! What makes me tired of my job is sitting all the time in fron of the computer and doing mylotting. I guess the best thing for you to do is stand up and exercise..hehehehe...

It amazes me how different people can be. I know people who have worked at jobs for 25 or 30 years. I myself could never make it more than about 4 years without getting tired of it. I think for me I just got burned out on doing the same old same old. I also would always get tired of company politics and the red tape. This probably gets on my nerves more than anything, because I usually was promoted and doing different jobs throughout my careers. So the red tape must have been what really got to me.

I guess you can only feel that you already tired of your job when you are not happy doing it anymore. Based on my experience, I got tired of my job simply because at the very start its not what I like to do.. that is why after 4 months of working I decided to quit.
