Do you think animals have rights?

I am the kind of person that is definitely an animal lover and supporter of animal rights. I believe no animal should ever be treated the way that some people treat them. I believe that animals should be treated like human beings and they should be respected.
If I could save every animal in the world from abuse and neglect I would, I really would and I think the ASPCA is one of the best things that has came around for animals. They should be treated how you would want to be treated. They are defenseless creatures that are smaller than us. But they also have right don't you think? Let me know how you feel about this issue?

I agree with you. Animals have rights, although they are animals. They have the rights to live without the abuse. They have rights to have their furs and we still have many choices to use other artificial furs. If they have to be killed because human beings need the meats, then they should try to kill them with less pain.

I am an animal lover too,and i suffer every time i found out about abuse and i can not do anything.I think it is horrible that there are people struggling poor defenseless animals.That if you can call them people.
And i believe that animals have rights and i would like an "Animal police" to act all over the world and i hope there will be many people who will fight against animal abuse.

I totally agree with you. I get sick when I hear the stories of abuse. They are innocent creature that deserve to be treated like you would want to be treated. Why have an animal if you are going to only abuse it??

animals have the most basic rights in the world.their rights include right to love freely,right to have good food,and right to have good shelter.it is also their right to live safely from harm.these basic rights are often neglected by abusive people.if they neglect basic animal rights,I don't think they also respect human rights.
