A great gift for a girlfriend would be a nice pair of earrings. That way she will always think of you when she wears them. Perhaps include a matching necklace and/or bracelet too. Since you know her well, you'll be able to know what's that one thing she always wanted. My boyfriend and I just recently celebrated our two year anniversary and as a gift I bought him effects for his guitar. I knew he wanted that because he always talks about it every time and how he wanted one but since he has other things to take care of, it was the least of his priorities.
