Lately I have been feeling very run down, it's like no matter what I do I just can't seem to find enough energy. I have started to find that I am now drinking too much coffee just in order to make it through the day. The only problem with drinking the coffee is that I am finding I am not able to sleep very well at night which is never good, especially since I already get up in the middle of the night to deal with my children. My husband recently suggested that I try taking some vitamins to boost my energy. I have never taken them before and I am not really sure which ones to use, does anyone out there have any suggestions? Do you take vitamins? Why? Which vitamins contain the best ingredients to help me boost my energy?

Dont take any medications yet or vitamins, consult your doctor first why you feel that way. May it be a symptom of something, but dont panic, its good if you will contact doctor so you will know thats the best thing to do. But ill tell you things to do that will help. Try to maintain a 30 minutes exercise daily, whether stretching or common exercises that will make your body move. drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eat more fruits and vegetables. Dont drink too much coffee or you will be too much dependent on it. Caffeine intake must be lower down especially when you want to get that energy level again. Sleep must not be taken for granted. Go and pamper yourself so you can get a good night sleep. A warm bath and massage will help.
