I love eggs too. And I believe we can get lots of nutrients from eggs. And also I believe that they are healthy. Lastly I love eggs when I eat fried rice.

I love eggs too. They are the easiest to cook - I enjoy eating hardboiled eggs, simple fried eggs or omelets.

I love eggs too! whether it is fried, boiled, scrambled, etc. it is rich in protein and iron, however it is also rich in cholesterol mostly the ywllow part. It has 150mg of cholesterol and your recommended intake is only 300mg/week, which means that you only have to eat eggs twice a week.
