For Ubuntu users: Do you use firewall?

^_^ Howdy!.... Mylotters!.... I'm using Ubuntu a year now but since then I'm been using "Firestarter" for firewall. But I uninstalled Firestarter because I am having a hard problem connecting to my router. I don't have any really idea how to setup the Firestarter for good so I just uninstalled it. Btw I'm using wireless on a desktop pc. My question is: Is it still safe even I don't have any firewall software installed on my Ubuntu? Is there any firewall software better than Firestarter? ^_^ Thanks.... Enjoy.... Mylotting!....
