Coastguards can't start a rescue until they fill out a healthy and safety assessment!! Yes, it is true. I am just wondering who is this pen pushing turd and his gang. Also, the people who are above them. I just cannot believe how they can conceive and support such a procedure. Whose lives are they trying to save? The victims? The rescue team? Or the helicopter? Can they not consider the undue stress the rescuers have to undergo before a rescue mission? Are we really regressing? People, what say you?
