India is going for a New Zealand Tour. Six years back we lost the one days and test matches in New Zealand. Moreover there is no practice match before tests. So do you think India will continue the winning spirit?

Hello,Subhakar! Forget what Team India had done six years back and let us see what they are going to do now in the NewZealand tour.If India wants to ride to the no.1 position in cricket they have to show the workmanship with the bat & ball to finish the Kiwis and return with a victory.I expect that India will win the series both in Srilanka and NewZealand.thanx.

Well, the biggest set-back to the Indian team would be the fact that they will not have any practice match before the first Test Match. I think that the present Indian team is very good team and the bowling attack is much better with addition of Ishant Sharma. Most of the New Zealand pitches are fast and bouncy pitches. So Indian fast bowlers will have good chance to show their skills. However, for Indian bastman, it will be very difficult to adjust atleast for first few days. If they can adjust well early, then Indian team has good chance to win there also.

Yes, you are right. One day players like sehwag, gambhir will get practise, however test players like dravid and laxman will not have practise. They have to adjust to the weather and start performing right away

Touring of new zealand for any team is big challenge. many teams find very hard to win matches over there. but, looking at the current indian team and the form they are in. i don't think wining in new zealand will be that difficult task. the main advantages that we have is shewag has a good record over there. dravid also has good average as a batsmen over there.

I am quite positive that india will win this series. My reasons for this optimism are because: 1) new zealand does not have the bowling it had few years back. Indian batsmen nned not face hadlee or bond. 2) most indians current players like ball coming on to the bat & thus will relish the wickets after the first few swinging overs. 3) Indian seam attack is better equipped to make use of swing conditions at New Zealand, allmost all indian pacers are great exponents of swing & reverse swing. 4) The opening pair of gambir & shewag can intimidate any opposition bowling.

This time we ill win surely because we have a strong MS Dhoni who leads our team in perfect manner.New Zealand is not the big challenge for this young team.one thing we have to manage is climate,if we adjust the the coolness definetely we ill win the match
