hope someone had seen this movie...need to know the title

a month ago there's this movie i've watched but has forgotten the title. its a story of a young girl who is acting like an adult, the childs father is comatose, and she loves ballet. she has an au pair that is happy go lucky, and this woman is a daughter of former roadshow musician but was orphaned. i dont know but i really love to see this movie and i want to buy a dvd of it. so if anyone knows about it please reply
