Sony Movie Studio 9

Hey, I just got a new video editing program called Sony Movie Studio 9. I didn't get a very good manual to go with it, just a stupid quick-start guide....Does anyone here have that same program? and could ya give me some pointers and answer some quick questions? One question i have is, what video formats does it handel? I can't seem to drag my AVI files in it!!!! Thanx!
