What will you do when your feelings is in confusing stage?

I am attracted to my boyfriends nephew and yesterday i saw him again and the attraction is still there no matter how i try to avoid it! i dont want to hurt my boyfriend but he can look at my indifferrent behavior whenever his nephew is around. What will i do? his good looks, pleasing personality and beautiful smile made me so attracted to him but i do not know yet his character, all i see is based on the outside not in the inside... but the feelings is very strong, i really admit that im wishing will have the chance to know each other but quite impossible since his uncle is my boyfriend. Im confused of what to do , please help.
