Do you take a midnight snack?

My work starts at 1 am, yes 1 in the morning, night shift or early morning shift. My wife and I goes to work at the same time since we are working in the same company. Well, we eat our breakfast at home with our nanny that takes care of our son if we are at work. For her, that is already a midnight snack but for the two of us, it is only breakfast.

I don't work during the noght, so no - I try not to eat too much in the evening. When all you do is to relex it's not good to get to many calories.
