Juice Helps us to losse weight.

Hi All, I was reading a health magzine about Fruit Juice. Few fruit like Pineapple, cabage, spinach helps us to reduce weight as well as help us to have strong digestive system. I done like pineapple so i have tried cabage juice and it helped me to build a strong digestive system and my tummy has been reduced, If you have acidity problem dont use cabage. Use and feel the diffrence. share your experience. enjoy mylotting

Yes. Some fruits have fibre which improves digestion. It is better to eat those fruits instead of drinking it's juice. However, cabbage and spinach can't be eaten directly. So we cook it. (Did you mean cabbage juice or soup?) And, Ginger plays a major part in burning fat, improving digestion and burning sugar.
