What do you feel if you saw your discussion in "No Response" tab?

I think it happens to newbies that they post a discussion but no one is responding. I don't know if the discussion is not that interesting or just lack of friends. I responded to a discussion before that has been posted in myLot for 4 months but no response yet. I decided to put response to it. There are times that I can see my discussions in "No Response" tab that makes me a bit sad and disappointed. I feel lucky when I saw my discussion in "Today's Top".

wow! really a nice question! but i dont think that people ignore our question just because of the view "newbies"..it actually depends on the topic of discussions! many discussions are constantly repeated! even one of my discussions still has no response! it was started when i was a newbie! and yes it feels bad a bit when we see our own discussions in the no responses section! and in one of my discussion that i atarted when i was a newbie got 70 responses! and that was really great! but i have seen a discussion that has over 400+ responses!isn't that interesting?so,it always depends on your topic of discussion! HAVE A NICE DAY!

I figure that the topic wasn't interesting enough or that it got buried with too many other post for that day. It is difficult to say what topic is going to take off and have 100 hits and what will flop. All I can say, is don't be discouraged and keep trying.

i have encountered that feeling. way back maybe three weeks or one month ago i posted a discussion about having dysmonorea sad to say no one posted in it. i felt so sad because it only means that my topic is not interesting. from then once i am posting a new discussion i am evaluating if the discussion will catch the attention of everybody. most of the time also i am posting a response to the no response tab. so i learned my lesson. think first before making a post. nice discussion i marked it positive.
