Is dailycent PTC site down?

The dailycent is a good PTC site with a unique layout. There used to be about 12 Ads everyday to click. Since yesterday,I am not getting the view Ads page.It shows 404 error. Are you a member in Dailycent.com? Are you able to view ADs?

When I reached the minimum payout in DailyCent, there was a program when it came to cashing out. When I made a request, my earnings when into pending and returned to my amount a few days later. It took four tries to get paid, instantly but a few cents less.

I had planned to give it up, but decided to come back and cashout one last time. I reached the second minimum payout ($4) thinking I could do the same thing, but my earnings haven't left pending yet.
