payments sent to credit in Paypal?

So some PTC sites send their payments through Paypal. However, I use my credit card for Paypal for charging items and online basis, for faster transaction. Another question, will I be able to receive my payments after I have reached my payout through my credit card? Like I don't have intentions of withdrawing my payouts, but I'd like them to cover my credit bill, cause that actually is a big help for me cause I don't have to worry much of being tight on my budget. So will this how it works with Paypal?
