How to make a good impression?

Last time when i went to be interviewed for a job.The manager asked me many questions.please introduce yourself, why did you want to get this job,how will do you for the job?That time my brain is blank and don't know how to answer.So i didn't get that job.For this experise,i sum marize one point.Except the dress,you also need the knowledge.If you want to gain the job,you should mater the culture of the company and content of the job.the same to be make friends with others.If you don't understand what he talked,how can you make friends with him.Enriching yourself by knowledge is another way to make a good impression.
